When Nature and Expert Care Come Together
I'm Mike, I own Handbridge Garden Care. Before which I spearheaded the community arches project. I rallied support from the handbridge community association, incredible edible, Mayor Razia Daniels and we even got Chester Zoo involved. Turning what was once a fly tipping hotspot into a communuty garden!
10+
Years Experience
ive had the fortune of working with some of the most world class gardeners, ive attended reaseheath college for my RHS degree in horticulture. I have made some very close friends on my journey, where we have a network of experts to help, map identify or reffer a client to the right person. Eveyday I learn a new plant and somehow forget the most obvious one. Maybe that's age or maybe I need to specalise rather than have a broad knoweldge.
500+
Happy Clients
I have cultivated trusting relationships with more than five hundred clients who value attentive and nature centred service, Ive worked on farms, industrial estates, indoor planting for office spaces but mostly my work comes from private residents.
97.6%
Retention Rate
Client retention rate is something I take pride on. Why not every garden is for me nor I for the customer, and that's okay. I cant control the weather the same I can't control clients closing down shop, moving away or cancelling the service because I accidentally trampled the marigolds!
Discover the Benefits of Our Gardening and Environmental Services
We offer personalised garden care, expert environmental advice, and a commitment to sustainable practices that benefit you and your surroundings. We are very hands on and personal, we like to get stuck in amongst it, we don't just want a quick fix, we want to plan ahead so each space can thrive.
Personalised Care
Custom gardening solutions crafted to suit your garden’s individual character. Every garden has its own micro climate, I asses every aspect, Light, wind, shelter, soil, terrain. Getting a space right means the plants will thankyou, wildlife will thankyou and hopefully the client will too.
Environmental Stewardship
I implement eco friendly practices that protect and enhance local ecosystems, I beleive all life is sacred so when I plant, move or note a mapped space, I plan for ecosystem changes. Its a game of cat and mouse, more of an art than a science.
